Realising Catalonia / Realitzant Catalunya involved the creation of a modular exhibition piece based on a visual response to Catalonia; its people, its culture and its landscape. Made up of found objects, paintings, drawings and digital print transfers rendered onto wooden panels. The exhibition, that was held at both L'Armentera, near Santa Monica de Corco as part of the LARUTANATURAL project and at the gallery situated at the Escola d'Art in Vic, Catalonia  juxtaposed the man-made with the natural to create a synergy that brought the two together in a dynamic clash of colour and image, re-presenting Catalonia through an outsider’s eye.

In addition, the exhibition also featured the work of students from the Escola d'Art in Vic and Leeds City College
